is the family owned concern. Our head office covers 10000 square feet, 1125
square feet for showroom, products showing, office and storage together and
production facility consists of 11000 square feet for casting, designing and
machining, chrome plating integrating design. The brand for our product is

DEE ESS carries out of its entire
production process in house, including fabrication of components, attending to
the minutest details and assuring the highest quality at every stage of
production. Our unit possess CAD and 3D designing system, advanced machines

Material & Components
We have fully managed system for raw
material collection and other odd items used in manufacturing of sanitary

Procedures & Testing Details
The entire production procedure
undergoes different quality checks at different stages of production in our
manufacturing unit.
Raw material check is done at
very first stage so as to make sure that the honey scrap used for casting is
not mixed with other types of not required materials. Then, Check in
production is done after casting and machining processes. The
entire production undergoes high flow water testing up to 250-300 pounds and
has capability of air compressors plants for checking entire production. Our
teams are developing market throughout India. The company's testing laboratory
is equipped with the system for checking the thickness of nickel and chrome
and electrolytic analysis to ensure the right composition of brass.
electroplating is done as per specifications using copper (5-6 microns),
nickel coating (11-15 microns) and chrome plating (0.3-0.5 microns). We use
highly advanced chemical coating plants to ensure the excellent finish of our
products.
Appearance check is done manually
by the trained workers for proper finishing. Quality Check is performed
on all products very practically by QCIC. All out products are
aesthetically O.K.
